EUFY Flood Cam Pro NO RED LIGHT

Have recently purchased 3 of the above units, all have been working no issues until 2 days ago when one went faulty.

At first the LED lights flickered from warm white to cool white and then dimmed on and off.

Now the lights just stay on and there is NO RED LIGHT at all after restarting

I have SYNC’d and did a factory rest multiple times all to no avail.

Any ideas anyone?

If you already did a factory reset and it didn’t work, the next step would be to contact support

Unit has no totally dies, no power. They are going to send replacement. So all good there :slight_smile:
