Hi guys, hopefully someone can help me out. i got an eufy doorbell with homebase, wired in. I can watch all events on my iPhone in full length, but when I download a video on my iPhone of for example 25 seconds, when looking back on my iPhone the file is suddenly only 3 or 6 seconds. This happens more often and not with all videos. Someone also has problems downloading files or someone who can help? thanx!
