Eufy doorbell, no notifications on smartphone

I installed the doorbell and the homebase2. But unfortunately I won’t get notifications when the doorbell is ringed. Same for my wife. We do see the video when the app is open but no notifications (popup nor sound) if the app is not running. Can someone help us?

Is there a setting within that maybe you forgot to activate?

I have the same problem. I suspect possible faulty unit. I can’t see anywhere on this web site to cc intact support direct. Did you end up finding a solution?

Hi all,

Removing Ccleaner app from the phone worked for me, look for any AV/Cleaner apps you may have. Hope this help some of you.

(I’ll post the above to a few other threads to let the other users know and check their phones. This is in case they are monitoring the other posts and not found a solution yet and give this a try).
