EUFY doorbell Motion Detection is stuck on 30 minutes

Hi,

I recently purchased and install the battery operated Eufy doorbell. Picture and video quality is good. However, when I try to disable the motion detection snooze, it doesn’t allow me to save that setting. Thus its always stuck on 30 minutes.

Can someone please advice on how to fix this? I’ve look into other security settings but nothing is working.

Can also add that I’m not receiving any push notifications when doorbell is activated or when motion detected (and video is recorded). I’m using iphone X. I’ve checked all settings and software is updated. Please help.
