When I’m using my iPhone to speak to someone over my eufy doorbell video camera, I can hear the person at the door very fine but they can hear me very barely over the doorbell speaker.
I set up my loudness volume’s in my iPhone to maximum.
Any ideas for a useful resolution?

For the doorbell sound issue, did it hapeneed when you first using the device?

Eufy security aop, iOS and firmware in doorbell and homebase2 are up-2-date.
It seems that the problem is only at the first using.
‚My way if solution‘:
I disable Bluetooth on my iPhone once.
Then I regulate the volume (both !!!) in the eufy security app.
Then I activate Bluetooth in my iPhone.
Then I regulate the volume in the app louder again.
Then I can hear my speak louder of the doorbell speaker.
And now when I change the volume it‘s effective in the doorbell speaker. I speak over the iPhone/app to the person in front of the doorbell and the speak is louder.
