Happy with the doorbell, but I have a disabled guest that cannot use an iphone/smartphone - I can’t get the plugin chime to work at all so your doorbell is restricting her to be able to answer the door as she doesn’t hear anything. There isn’t any details about how this device works.
I am assuming that it (the chime) does not use wifi?
I will have to send the product back if it cannot have an external chime. Shame as it has been the best doorbell we have trialled.
