I am so sorry to hear that the door sensor cannot be added, if the issue still persists, please send us a video showing you trying to set up the device. We just need to see what you’re seeing.
In order to apply for our 12-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing related issues, please provide the following information:
- A screenshot or pdf of the invoice from your Amazon purchase from AnkerDirect (or a picture of the receipt if you bought it from a store)
- Your current shipping address
- The serial number (SN) located on the device
- A short video depicting the problem (behavior, beeps, and indicator when it stops working) .
