Hi, does anyone know if it’s possible to get a low battery notification with the Eufy Cam 2C? This would be very useful. I’m not constantly looking in the app to see the battery level.

Yes when the battery gets low you will get a low battery notification

I’ve not had a notification for mine. Is it an option somewhere?

What phone do you have and do you have notifications enabled?

I get notifications for activity perfectly fine, just nothing when the camera battery is running low. I don’t see any options for this either in the Eufy app.

It could be you have not let your camera battery get low enough then you won’t get a notification. Your definition of low and what the app determines may be different with the app determines as low is around 10%.
