Eufy camera 2 claims no wifi

I have a new eufy homebase and 2 eufycam 2. One connected just fine. The other, literally sitting right next to the first, will not connect. It says wifi signal strength no signal. Its plugged in to the homebase. I cannot find any answers to this with a Google search. One cam is outside giving me footage. The other is 2 feet away from the homebase being a paperweight with lights. Please advise!

I don’t know for sure, there are more qualified users here who im sure will step in.
I think these may need to connect to a 2.4ghz WiFi signal.
Failing that a total reset of the cameras if you haven’t tried that already.

I would suggest trying a full reset of the Homebase and then try re-adding the x2 cameras once they have had a full charge.

If you get the same behaviour with the affected camera again I would think its most likely a DOA hardware fault for the camera, in which case reaching out to support@eufylife.com would be your best option
