Eufy cam e red light

Eufy cam e has worked fine for 3 months until today, at work when I was checking cameras it said offline, got home and white light has changed to red, internet is fine and I’ve tried rebooting, uninstalled it now and switched back on but still solid red light! Can’t do anything with it now, is there a eufy outage or something?

Ps banner on top of app says Homebase offline (-6)???

Hello! @Barbelbasher Sincerely sorry for all inconvenience caused! Since a solid red light is usually related with the internet connection failure. Could you please help to confirm whether the HomeBase is firmly connected to router?

If yes, please help to try the following steps to see whether it helps.

-Try connecting the HomeBase to another Ethernet ports on the router; also try another Ethernet cable to connect the router.

-Remove the HomeBase in the eufy Security App (Step: slide the left menu> Go to My Devices>Associated HomeBase>Remove Device); 2. Rebooting the HomeBase (Steps: unplug the AC power adapter> press the CYCLE button located on the left of the AC power outlet>re-plug the AC power adapter); 3. Re-add the HomeBase to the App.

Note: Please save the important vedio clip before camera removal and also observe for some time whether the recording resumes to normal or not.
