I have a HomeBase E on ethernet with two eufyCam E
For the last month or so, I’ve been completely unable to access either the cams live, or previously recorded videos using the app on my Android phone.
Every time I do, it takes around 10+ seconds to try to load and then gives me “unable to connect to HomeBase. (-3)”
I can still see the still shots that summarize the each video, but nothing else. I’ve tried rebooting the HomeBase and a nothing has changed.
Are there ports I need to open up or anything like that?
