Our eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 30 has been working great until tonight. It was fully charged (solid blue light on charger) but as soon as I try to activate it, I get three beeps and a flashing ref light. I cleaned all the drop sensors and removed hair from all the rollers — and still three beeps and a red flashing light.
If I try to guide it manually with the remote, I get the same thing — it won’t go forward or turn; it will move backward though.
We were so in love with our RoboVac. I hate when things don’t work right! Help!!
