I have purchased a Eufy 2C Pro add-on camera to go with my other four 2C Pro cameras which were purchased as a set with the Homebase back in December 2021. The quality and motion detection on the new add-on camera is very poor compared to my other cameras.
It doesn’t detect smaller things like little birds etc and the image quality is shocking.
I have taken it back to the store and had a replacement but they both are the same.
I have noticed the System Versions are different.
Can anyone shed any light on why this might be? Is there a fix?
