Eufy 2c home base flashing blue

Trying to set up Eufy 2c security- so frustrating buyer regret already! It says the base should flash white mine is flashing blue and not responsive to any set up instructions

Yep! Running into the exact same problem. Stuck at flashing blue HomeBase2 LED.
Any luck? I’m going to call their customer support.

Yes rebooted as per it guru it all worked good

I had a similar results.
I was using an Android device to activate it. I had to disable all outside data and use wifi on the Android device. Only then was I able to complete activation.
