Eufy 15c

Got my first Eufy product today for my birthday, a Robovac 15C.
The setup’s been really straightforward so far and it’s just sitting on the charge station getting it’s full 100% charge before I set it loose on my floors. It really looks and feels like a quality product so I hope its performance lives up to the promising first impressions.

Happy Birthday! Please let us know how it goes!

The most important thing about that RoboVacs is, how these do after a while.
A statement after 1/2 year would be recommended.
Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for all your Birthday wishes, getting a warm feeling about the Eufy forum community already! My Robovac 15C has quickly been nicknamed Oppy (my son suggested Opportunity - from the NASA Mars rover  ). It’s been busy getting around my house sweeping and vacuuming. So far I’ve been very pleased with the standard of clean it’s achieving and how relatively quiet it is. It’s quite therapeutic to watch it criss-crossing rooms trying to get to every area. It recognises the only drop on my ground floor and avoids toppling over the edge quite deftly. It does amusingly wedge itself stuck underneath my exercise cycle and I have to go and free it. I have enabled the Alexa Eufy-Robovac skill and it’s very satisfying to see these technologies working together  . I’ll upload a few images of Oppy working when I have a chance.

There will be some work to remove all prisons and cages.
But after a while you will know Oppy’s problems and there will be no more issues after removing these.

Enjoy your Robovac and tell us how it is working in the future.
Best way to keep him alive : Clean Oppy very properly after each work.
The more the better.

Sounds like it’s been a successful birthday present!

I have the 15C and love not having to get the main vacuum cleaner out as much, really only once every few weeks for tops of skirting boards etc.

I do find if it gets stuck around something like your exercise bike it’s a good idea just to stick a large object in front of it to stop it going underneath then it can get on with it’s cleaning without you having to free it.

Enjoy using!
