Hey all. My Eufy got stuck under a desk, powered off. I recharged it and started it again the next day, now it does this:
I’ve tried cleaning the drop sensors, the front sensors, and cleaned out the center wheel well of some junk that was in there, but still no go. Is my Dusty dead??
Give the bumper a good push and pull to make sure its not sticking in any one spot. If you lool on the side that has the “y” for dusty name, that side looks like its pulled out too far
As Rob said, this could be a bumper problem.
Take a look if the bumper is really moveable.
Second step. Remove the bumper, clean the RoboVac and install it again.
You will find videos how to do.

Well its definitely the bumper.
From above of you look at the left side of the bumper its sticking out and the right side is pushed in.
Give it a jiggle as @Tank says and im sure Dusty will be back to good health.
You got better eyes than I Paul. 
I am sure that issue can be repaired easily.

@ElMeanYo PLEASE reset your bumper, if you don’t know how to do it, you could contact eufy support team, they will sent you a video!
Dusty is back baby!!!
I had to apply a fair amount of force to put that bumper back in place, and I went carefully cause I was afraid to break it. It snapped into place and now Dusty is working hard again.

Glad you got it fixed @ElMeanYo… you must protect the bumpers knowing this happened to Dusty. We all used a strip of soft foam on the top edge to protect when bumped into walls or furniture.
Occasionally I find her underneath couch,escaping from my barriers. That might be the case you got the bumper stuck.
