I just got it in today. It is working great, but it is making a clunking noise as it moves. It seems like it may be getting caught on something as it is moving. I don’t see anything under it and it seems like the wheels move fine. Any ideas?

You should remove all brushes and insert them again.
If there is still that noise create a video where this noise is audible and
send it to the EUFY-support

Mine does similar noise but it’s the Tiles joining groove
