We love our Eufy S (both of them), but the newest unit refuses to run according to schedule. It starts every day at 6:30 AM. I’ve confirmed time and schedule are properly set. Removed the batteries from the remote and then reset time and schedule to “reset”. I’ve even tried to cheat, by changing the time on the remote several hours, hoping to “trick it” into running later in the day. Suggestions?

If you have already removed the battery from the remote and mounted it after a few minutes, you could do the following :
Remove the battery from the ROBOVAC.
Open the 2 screws at the bottom.
Unplug the battery, plug it again and close the battery case.
If this will not help, its a case for the support

Sounds like either your RoboVac is possessed or your house is haunted. Whatever Spirit you have lurking around your house it does seem to be friendly and helpful though not very considerate.

As far they will not kidnap the Robot, it is fine.

Thanks for the advice. It seems that removing the internal battery was effective. The vacuum (so far) has played nicely by following the programmed schedule. I appreciate the help!
