We are sorry your Robovac can’t connect to the wifi? Could you please long-press the Auto cleaning on/off button for 10 seconds to reset RoboVac for a retry? After you hear one beep and see the Wi-Fi status light start to flash.
Meanwhile, could you please send us your Robovac’s SSID(in your wifi list) so we can help you check it in our system?
