I’ve tried everything to mend my eufy 11, it was making an awful noise, I took it apart I isolated it to the brush motor, brought a new one worked as new. Now it keeps stopping and beeping 4 times with the red light on constantly. I’ve cleaned everything it has a new roller brush there is no blockage on the brush, I’ve changed filters and everything. I’ve cleaned the roll ball at the front and the wheels? I think I’ve run out of option now. Any suggestions. Many thanks.

@Rachaelhutchings9 you should have contacted support@eufylife.com before voiding your warranty. Better late than never, they can still help you.
