I connected an ethernet cable between my modem router and homebase. Everything seem fine until I tried to switch security using my iphone. It returns and error homebase(-3). If I disconnect the ethernet cable, it works fine. Is that how it is meant to work?
@Min1 It should work with ethernet cable connected as well.
Connect the cable again, restart home base from the app, then try to simulate the issue. If it doesn’t work, try hard restart using the button on the homebase then simulate the issue.
