My Elitebook x360 1040 will not charge using the PowerExapnd 13-in1 USB-C dock. Power requirements for the laptop are 65w. The PowerExpand is rated at 85w delivery. Any suggestions?

Might sound like a stupid question but have you tried all the USB-C ports for charging your laptop? Also, what charger are you using to connect your dock to the wall outlet?
