Efuy Robovac 11+ Stops during Cycle

I’ve had the Efuy for a week and few day s and I noticed last night and today that the little guy will beep once (sometimes it does’t beep) and turn off during mid cycle. Usually about 30 mins in. It won’t return home it just stops… This can happen on bare wood floors or on low pile carpet. Our floors are clear of debris and the floors pretty clean.

The collector isn’t full and the battery still has charge on it. I just hit the play button or pick a program and it goes back to work and runs until the battery or collector is full. It usually returns home at this point.

I’m still collecting data, but I thought I would run this by the community and see if this happening to anyone else before contacting support.

Could you please send us a picture of your house floor so we can help you check it first?

Meanwhile, could you please try following solutions?

  1. Use a dry cloth to clean the drop sensor.
  2. Shake/tap the wheels to see whether they are stuck, and if necessary, remove any hair and debris from them?

If the problem persists, would you send us a short video showing the problem if possible so we can better identify the issue and offer you more troubleshooting?(If the video is too big, could you please upload the video to the Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us?) We are glad to help you exchange it once we confirmed the issue and your order detail.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. I’m running some more test to figure what its doing when it stops. When its working even on our carpet it works great. It picks up a lot stuff our old Kirby Vac misses or can’t reach.

Its to late to operate and mess with the vac tonight. Everyone is asleep.

Tomorrow I’ll look over the vac and check everything you suggested. Also get some pics for you guys. Would you want some video of it in operation as well?
