Echo Dot not functioning as chime for Eufy Doorbell even after following instructions

I recently set up a Eufy Doorbell (battery) and wanted to set up an Echo Dot as a chime.

After following the instructions provided by Eufy (https://communitysecurity.eufylife.com/t/how-to-connect-the-eufy-doorbell-to-your-smart-home-devices/58072), I still can’t get any of my Echo devices to function as a chime.

Has any one else experienced this issue and been able to resolve it?
