Eaufy cam alarms when it detects motion and I can't find how to stop

Hi, since one of the recent updates, every time the camera detects someone it alarms and it’s really annoying so I keep having to turn the cameras off. I can’t find any setting to switch off and i believe I’ve tried everything but probably missed something.

Can anyone please advise so I can switch my cameras back on?

At first try this:

Go to Mode–> Home–>[your camera]–> when motion is detected–> remove checks from “Camera Alarm” & “Homebase Alarm”
Then, ensure you have selected Home mode.

If you still see alarm going off, try reboot the HomeBase.
