Download multiple videos simultaneously EufyCam E

I wanted to know why it is not possible to be able to download multiple videos at the same time.
you can download videos one by one both on the web and.
I was hoping to be able to download them all by copying them at least from the MicroSD, but being encrypted is not possible even with this system

Exactly, and I find this a real flaw. The videos are owned by the user and the user must be able to DOWNLOAD ALL, without suffering the pain of hell one by one, ONE ONLY AT A TIME

@AnkerOfficial @AnkerSupport Is there a particular reason why multiple clips can be selected for deletion but not for download within the app?

Having an answer would be good as I recall this being raised by a few people over the last few months :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow, such ludicrous negligence, just refusing to respond. Pathetic, really. Everybody needs this feature, it’s a waste of time. If they don’t implement it a.s.a.p I’m sending all our eufy and anker devices back. I’ve so had it with corporations that ignore users critiques.

Freaking 8 months later and still not even an attempt at an apology or anything. Don’t buy eufy!

I don’t buy it. The only reason this feature is ‘missing’ is because you want people to pay for your cloud-service as a bonus. I know a lot of developers through my work, adding a ‘download all selected’ button would cost them an hour to implement. Especially since all the code for it is already there, the button and option is purposely left out.

we dont have download all option in the mobile app… and also dont have the windows app that can do this?
mac app has been online for so long.

May I add here that every other security camera brand offers this as an option, either via a web-UI interface or via app.
