When my phone receives a notification there is no sound or vibration to alert me. Looked at all the notification phone settings and all are turned on. Suggestion?
Figured it out. Do not disturb setting on my phone.

I would suggest deleting and re-installing the app…is this iOS or Android?
This sounds like an issue with your phone or settings… not with eufy
Never mind I figured it out. It was a “do not disturb” setting on my phone.
