No problems for a year until I changed phones. Now when I attempt to share a video event using texts I get this error… Message not sent: Couldn’t resize video. Not 100% sure if the phone is the issue and how to correct it if it is. I reinstalled the Eufy app and it now recognizes the phone. Problem still persists, the video won’t play.
