I have a battery powered doorbell which sends notifications when it feels like it. Also red LEDs hardly ever come on and neither does the blue ring around the button which should indicate to visitors to press the button, instead the ones that aren’t aware of a video doorbell tech and ring doesn’t light up, these people knock on the door. I just bought it and motion sensors are turned on in the app and set to maximum. This morning it wouldn’t record me leaving or coming back in the house. Basically, sometime it does and orher rimes it doesn’t, makes it pointlessless to have. Please advise.

Can you still see live views? I’m assuming it did work in the past, or has it never worked since you set it up? Are you able to confirm it’s still using a 2.4GHz network?
