Because he is a “smart fellow” he will get two cables.
But not USB-C, USB-micro.
Donate $75 to help three great causes and you'll receive a tech bundle valued at $250 or more
For future, will directly go for charity donations (without any expectations), and avoid CNET at all possible options… this “Rick” guy though has good intentions, has very deceptive marketing
I really hope you get good items in that mystery box
There are many people around here without shelter and home around here in
Munich.
There are beggars too.
BUT:
Mostly these “beggars” are organized in gangs.
If I meet really one of these poor fellows, NOT BEGGING at all, I give him always some money.
This fine gentleman just dropped off my mystery box!
It looks pretty heavy! Let’s speculate what’s in there!
packaging looks good… so i think you will have better items
Open, open, open. Don’t keep us in suspense now. We wanna see what you got.
Stuck at work! 2 hours or so
Take it easy we will wait (very eagerly
)
We need more people like you who will donate and expect nothing in return
Have posted to Twitter to Cheapskateblog
I keep getting a mystery box thing from Wowcher… Only 10.
Listed are expensive products, but only about 4 things over 20 in value, with 1 TV. The rest of the listed items are not even worth 10, leave alone anything of value.
Anyone who buys a mystery box, is bloody stupid… Yes someone has to win the TV, but the vast majority will win a crap cheap Chinese pretend version of something, and told this one particular site sells for certain value… I bet if I had the skills I’d find out this mystery site, is connected to wowcher in some way.
Darn! No Anker goodies. Bummer sauce.
Let’s hope the money went to a good cause
The most useful thing in there is the PhoneLoop–I’m using mine, and it’s actually kinda handy
Looks like you got shafted like the rest of us. Sorry buddy. I already listed my HS-3’s on eBay, and nobody is bidding…
Donate to charity when you find a good cause and want to help. Buy stuff when you have a need and the product will provide more value to you than it costs. Wait for a sale if you can’t afford it. And don’t spend money on lottery tickets.
Mixing those three things up is trying to convince people they can get something for nothing - which I am a sucker for. It usually ends up not being true when you read the fine print.
Too bad I didn’t remember all that when I first saw this offer. I was disappointed at the time but fortunate in hindsight that it had sold out already.
Sorry I missed out too! Next time…
