Do you like the Pixel?

I looked at the Pixel in a shop recently and took some convincing that it wasn’t an old Samsung Galaxy S4. I’m sure it’s fast and know it takes great pictures, but it’s too small and has very little design flair. What do you think?

I have one. I mostly love it. If anything it is still too “tall” for my liking, but not as bad as other top end phones.
If I could have a Pixel in a Nexus 4 body, that would be my perfect phone :heart_eyes_cat:

Design is Marmite, but the phone runs incredibly smoothly and without heating up.

Price.

Nope.

Not doing that.

It does what exactly… a phone… so a phone is like $400 maximum for top specs… (checks)…nope not top specs.

What does it do exactly?

Yeah OnePlus 3 all the way for me just now, if I had to get a new phone.

I have the Pixel 5" (not the XL) 128GB. I love it.

  • It is leaps and bounds faster than my previous phone, a Samsung Galaxy S5.
  • The best thing that I have discovered so far is the fingerprint sensor on the back. It works every time. The Samsung fingerprint sensor worked maybe 10% of the time.
  • Another thing about the fingerprint sensor: it integrates seamlessly with Last Pass. So you can log into any website or account with Last Pass with your fingerprint.
  • Since it’s a Google device it integrates seamlessly with all Google products.

I’ve only had it a short time, of course, but those are my first impressions.

I think it’s awesome! Considering getting as my next phone after iPhone 5s dies on me xD
