Do you know the difference between these wireless chargers?

Hi,
I’m wondering what the difference is between these two Anker wireless chargers:

  1. https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Wireless-PowerWave-Upgraded-Fast-Charging/dp/B07THHQMHM?ref_=ast_sto_dp
  2. https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Wireless-Charger-PowerWave-Qi-Certified/dp/B07RLQD4Y1?ref_=ast_sto_dp

They seem to have the same specs to me, but I don’t know very much about these things. Why is one over twice as expensive as the other?

Apologies if this has already been answered. I hunted around but wasn’t able to figure out the answer on my own. Thanks for the help.

The only difference is in design. :slightly_smiling_face:

Could be some additional updating to internals as well. More efficient components, heatsinking or other optimizations may be done as well. I like to lean towards an improvement being the reason it was upgraded and Anker is pretty good about that in my opinion.

Hi, this is Anker Customer Support.

One of the difference is the size (3.9 x 3.9 x 0.4 inches; 6.3 x 5.4 x 0.7 inches).

And the other difference is that the PowerWave 7.5 Pad (expensive one) can still support 7.5W fast charging iPhones with iOS 13.1 and above. But the cheap one PowerWave Pad can only support 5W charging with the iOS 13.1.

Hope it helps.
