Hi, I have an audio device I’ve purchased recently, and I’m trying to run it powered by an Anker Powercore+ 10050 power bank. I bought two of these power banks for a mobile setup.
When I try and use it with the powerbank, I get recording errors and restarts. I think it’s not delivering enough power. Does anyone have experience with such a problem? Using the device when plugged into my MacBook through usbc is fine.
I’ve read (a while ago), that these powerbanks sometimes need unofficial firmware to run some devices, but as yet I’m unable to find sources for such firmware, or confirm this problem.
The device is rated for using 2.5A at 5v.
