Is asking for password?

What are you trying to do in the developer settings?

I download the spectrum TV. It opeanes ok and when I go to live TV it say developer options enable desable to continue to live tv

Almost forgot
A pop-up with link to developers option opens the fist time. I was not sure what to do but it closed itself.
I tried locking for it but could not find it and opening the TV app and clicking developer option did nothin

Sounds like a cool feature to have. As I have already said you best bet is to connect nebula directly or wait for a response from @AnkerOfficial @AnkerTechnical

Try reinstalling the app to get the pop up back
