I remember in 1975 one year after the fantastic revolution I came to Portugal the first time.
Such poor people but so incredible friendly.

It was a always a special meal : sardines, bread and red whine.
But you too know a lot about fish, I am sure.

1975…that was the year I was born!
You know Franz, we don’t eat much fish.
It seems to be one of those things we say we should but never do.
