Crunchyroll (Says no wifi connection when there is)

My crunchyroll app says no wifi connection when there actually is

Was there ever an answer to this? I have the same problem. The rest of my apps work.

  • Restart the App : Close and reopen Crunchyroll.
  • Check Connection : Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and try loading other apps or websites.
  • Restart Device : Reboot your device to refresh network settings.
  • Update App : Make sure Crunchyroll is updated to the latest version.
  • Reset Network Settings : On your device, go to network settings and reset them if needed.
  • Reinstall App : Uninstall and reinstall Crunchyroll to resolve any app-specific issues.
