Cracked sound with SoundBuds Slim

When I bought these headphones, they worked great, but after the last major update of Windows 10, they started to have a cracked sound, which I tried to solve in various ways and I had no results. Any suggestions on how to solve this? :frowning:

It’s usually best to use Windows Device Manager and look for what company makes the Bluetooth device in your PC. Then, visit the Bluetooth device manufacturer’s website to obtain the latest version of the Bluetooth driver. This will typically get you a newer version than what is listed on your computer manufacturer’s website.
