Cracked eufy doorbell lens

Hey all,
My eufy battery powered doorbell seems to got its lens cover cracked. I use the wedge that came with it and it seems when it sits into that, it doesn’t securely click in so if some pushes on the bell button to hard it can fall of an hit the ground. Which is what seems to have a happened and it cracked the lens case. The internal lens seems to be fine though as the parts when the lens case is broken away the image is clear and sharp. Anyone have any luck with getting a replacement for this due to the anker wedge mount being faulty and not holding the doorbell correctly?

Those issues and problems have been reported in the past.

Email support, they will probably give you the answers you need

thanks guys. I couldn’t find the support link before but found it now so I submitted a message to them. Hopefully they can replace it
