The issue I think is that smart watch battery life is always terrible, and I donā€™t see how Anker could radically improve it. Then you would have an Anker product that still had a rubbish battery, which would not be good for the Anker brand and core selling point of good batteries.

I like the idea, and if Anker could hit the sweet spot in terms of price (definitely less expensive than the Apple Watch) it could be a bit hit.

Totally agree to the point that adding more features will reduce the battery life, but thatā€™s what technology is trending about adding more features with more span of battery life. If anker has not started making one, it would be a good option to make smartwatch with a clean look and least cost.

It depends on perspective. Any individual would definitely like to have a handy tech which is low cost has advanced features and a good battery life with an add on of lighter device and cool looks.

Like what? A lot of ā€œadvanced featuresā€ phone manufacturers are implementing today are widely believed to be gimmicks.

Not sure about this eitherā€¦ Iā€™d much rather have a slightly thicker and heavier device for a larger battery life. As far as cool looks, donā€™t you cover it up with a case?

Lighter device are a result of the technology sizing. For example incase of laptops, companies have started using 10 nanometer tech which makes it much lighter. The MOS technology are replaced by nanotubes which is a major improvement. Battery size are also considered while size reduction. Talking about production, its always about production quality and a competitive nature to excel. Anker as a firm came up with battery packs, which was no rocket science, but they made battery packs which last longer, are durable and handy and a level of trust which makes them stand out in the market. Hence, I believe an AI powered smartwatches could be a future investment for Anker.
