An open local REST-API paired with a publicly made available Software Developers Guide would be highly appreciated.

I just bought the Solix C1000 and had so many ideas with it. I have to put my plans on pause or maybe even return the item if I can’t figure out how to make it work. An open API would be very helpful.

Read only data via mqtt should be really easy to implement, have no negative impact on selling cloud stuff (i guess?) and would already help me a lot!
Absolutely NEED this. Because nothing is visible externally, I’m forced to invent ways to manage it in HomeAssistant. PLEASE Anker…this needs to be a priority!
+1 the lack of a rest API it the only reason I cannot recommend the Anker Solix line! Preferable something local like how APsystems does it.
Fully support this. The missing API is the only reason for no. Recommending the system. At least reading values of smart Meter, Battery status und inverter would be extremely helpful to realise a better energy management. It would be so simple.
Please stop adding features, make them usable first!
We really need an API to control the Solix offline, this is especially relevant for the Solix 3 Pro, so that we can control when to charge the battery using variable energy price plans.
I do not want 3rd party workaround integrations, which have no choice but to go through the cloud.
I’d really love this, too. No cloud requirement would be a huge plus. Other solutions are going that way so should Anker.
I definitely want to have a native integration in Home Assistant as well. Preferably local and without the cloud, of course. Simple MQTT queries would already be sufficient!

I would also greatly appreciate an option to use the Solarbank without cloud access locally and to have a native home assistant integration. This would draw a lot of new customers, like myself, that would like to have more control.
