Connecting nebula capsule 2 to WiFi I cannot navigate with my brand new capsule 2 and controller it works navigating in flash drive but at WiFi screen as soon as it moves to password box I can only go back or move up and down too select show password and tick or in tick…I cannot use the letters or numbers can’t navigate to then with remote. Can’t use nebula connect app until it has WiFi can any one solve this for me help !!

Have you tried a reset of the device
The nebula 2 is up to date as of 2 weeks ago. The remote works fine navigating flash drive movies and did originally connect to WiFi with ease . Nebula 2 app needs WiFi so I’m stuck with a remote that cannot move from password box too the numbers and letters below to select and enter them . Not really wanting to reset it as it’s so so lovely and working with all my apps on lovely…

We regret to hear that you’ve run into such problems. But could you please go through settings>remotes&accessories and unpair and re-add the accessory to pair with the remote to try and see how it works?
