Charging Problems

With my new Anker Bluetooth - I’ve been charging for about 3 hours, and it still shows red. Should I disconnect and try to pair with my phone, or should I return it as defective?

It will help if you test a few combinations to eliminate the cause.

  • Try different USB cable (to eliminate the cable)
  • Try different USB power source (to eliminate the source)

If after that you have the bluetooth device not charging then probably it is that device.

Write it up, show what you tried to eliminate causes and then email support@anker.com with your serial number, order number, photos, etc and I expect you’d get a swift satisfaction.
