Charging Issue

I mistakenly put charging cable in both end, ow the power are blink but do not charging what to do.
I also tried to reset by pressing button for 30 seconds but problem stll existsj

I found another issue, When the mobile is fully charged it is still charging.
Before this issue, power Bank stopped automatically at full charge.
