What would you think is an adequate size battery for me to carry around with me and my iPhone?

Oh, that’s good. Just make sure to not pay more than $8 for a 5200mAh power bank.
They do the of mini, which is enough for ONE charge.
It’s bout the size n weight of a lipstick, and will QUICK charge with the right cable.
