Charge soundbuds + with dash charger

I have dash charger- 5v/ 4A
Can I use this adaptor to charge soundbuds plus - 5v/ 1A

That should be fine to charge your buds.

Yes the headphones will only draw as more power as the can handle/need.

Again the dash charger will revert back to 5v while charging the soundbuds+
