I can’t get the app to take the code from the bottom of the homebase either by scanning with phone camera or adding it in manually. So frustrating!!
This is my second homebase and set of cameras as the first set had problems but at least with the first set I was able to get it up and running!
Any suggestions how to get the app to take the HB code and start the set up? I’ve already uninstalled and installed the app twice! The HB shows a blue light it’s connected to the same internet as app and with the blue light it seems ready to go through set up!
So frustrating as I want to set this up today we are expecting snow the next few days!!!
