My eufybase and cameras eufy C and door sensors are useless since today. For some reason, the app is not working anymore, giving me a message like shown on pic.
I did remove and add back everything (a real assle to reach the outdoor cameras to synch). But didn’t change anything, can’t connect to it.
Any clues?

Mine works fine. I am running the app on iOS with the latest firmware, don’t know if that makes a difference.
I’m on Android, firmware and app up to date.
Seems to work when I’m home. Had the system for 7-8 months, never had an issue like that.
Is your app up to date? Try setting everything up again
Yes app is up to date. I noticed yesterday that if I force close the app, it seems to work when I reopen it. I may have to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it helps.
