I have used Eufy security camera system for about 2 months. It had trouble connecting to my internet, so I reset it, now I can’t add the homebase 2 back to my app. I have done the reset button many time but it keep showing message that my homebase 2 is bound to an app and keep asking me to reset or remove it from an app which I have no clue. Please help if you have encountered the same before. Thanks

Open up the app, go to your home base settings and at the bottom there is a button to remove the device as seen below. Click it and this will remove and allow you to reset the home base properly. Then follow instructions on the app to re-add the homebase and subsequent cameras
