Cannot enter Bluetooth pairing mode

I just gotten myself a pair of sound bud slim.

It was working well for a month. Suddenly, it just won’t enter pairing mode, and cannot be detected in any devices that I own or used to pair with. I tried resetting it but even the reset won’t work.

Pls help!!!

Tr ty holding down both the volume up and down key at the same time for 3-5 seconds. This will reset and enter it I to pairing mode
