Cannot connect my Soundcore Life P2 to Soundsync

Hello,
I have a Soundsync and a pair of Soundcore Life P2… they both connect to anything I use and work fantastic.
Problem is I haven’t been able to connect those 2 together… for some reason… I tried the Soundsync button, push once, push twice, power it off then on, I also tried different things with my Soundcore; putting them in the case then out to sync, putting them in their case then holding the earburds buttons so they reset then getting them out and trying to sync with Soundsync.

Still cannot pair those 2… I am running out of options

Can you help?

Is the Soundsync set for receive or transmit?

It is on Transmit

@ndalby How do you change that? I see nothing in instructions bout changing transmitting/receiving…

I just got off the phone with Anker customer support 3/9/2020. I bought the soundsync and headphones for a relative. They couldn’t pair, so I tried Unsuccessfully. Anker support says if they’re both in pairing mode they should sync via proximity…

@callahan_jason Depending on the Soundsync model you should have a selector switch with TX / RX, TX equals transmit and RX receive…

I have Model: A3352 - the only buttons are power, volume up, volume down…

So, guess switching manually between transmission/reception is not an option here

Unfortunately the model you have is only capable of receiving an input from a BT device…so you would be fine for sending a BT source (such as phone) to an auxiliary connection (like in the car etc) but you can’t reverse it for sending from aux to BT…you would need one like the A3341

Thanks. I see that now.

Can’t believe Anker customer support didn’t know that.
